👋 Hey there! Welcome to my little corner of the Internet. I'm Josh - a people & culture leader, educator, speaker, and consultant. I believe beautiful things happen when you align people, purpose, and strategy.
I've had the pleasure of driving this alignment at some of Canada’s most successful tech scale-ups and sharing my insights while instructing at multiple post-secondary institutions.
Now, I take those learnings, distilled over the past two decades, to help organizations level up their people strategies, shape culture, and drive overall organizational effectiveness.
The work I do is just one of my many passions. I firmly believe that we as humans perform best when body, mind, and soul are deeply aligned. That's why I have a deep love for martial arts, yoga, pilates, and of course, walking my little 7-pound bundle of joy and terror, Psylocke the Morkie 🐶.
